Every engagement begins with a Strategic Fit Call. This is a focused conversation to understand where you are, what the positioning challenge is, and whether Carol's work is the right fit. Carol works with a small number of well-aligned clients at any one time, so the fit matters on both sides.

If there is alignment, Carol will recommend the most suitable path based on your role, your goals, and the positioning work that needs to happen. That may be Executive Positioning Advisory, one of the Branded From Within programmes, Intentional Image Authority, or a combination.

This depends entirely on the scope and the engagement. Some work is focused and intensive over a shorter period. Other engagements involve ongoing advisory over several months. Carol will recommend the right approach based on what the positioning work actually requires, not a fixed programme length.

Yes. Executive Positioning Advisory and the Executive Positioning Cohort can be engaged privately or supported by the organisation. For company-wide leadership initiatives, Carol also works through Gaffney & Co.
